I just want to  all department managers that on January 1st, the new company smoking policy was introduced. This policy will be enforced strictly. Please remind all employees in your department of the following:
 
The whole of the company  is now a no-smoking area therefore:
                                
     * Smoking is no longer allowed in the break rooms or toilets.
* Smoking is not allowed in the factory.
* Smoking is not permitted in the parking garage, nor any enclosed area.
* Any employee who gives up smoking is  to a bonus (subject to the results of mandatory health checks  six months).
